Product Returns Procedure 
To return an item to Euroquip please contact the Customer Service team on 0800 387 678 to obtain a Return Authorisation (R.A) number, this will guarantee your product return receives prompt attention. 

Warranty Procedure
Before making any warranty claim against a product, please refer to the Euroquip Warranty Process Flowchart.

Product Guarantees
Euroquip products are all covered by a comprehensive guarantee against faulty manufacture. DIY and consumer products are covered for a minimum of 12 months and some selected commercial and industrial products are covered for up to 5 years. 

Service/Parts Back-up
Euroquip products are supported by a nation-wide network of qualified service agents with access to parts on overnight courier country-wide and 4 - 6 days FedEx courier -Internationally. After sales service and parts support is a very important component as it is an integral part of the moto, ‘Empowering Industries’. Their rapid market growth is in fact largely due to years of unparalleled service and support, ensuring their quality products are kept operating, with hassle-free service day in and day out.

Orders received before the midafternoon cut of times are actioned for same day dispatch with the option for overnight courier country-wide, while larger palleted orders have a standard 2-4 day transit period. International orders can be dispatched on FedEx courier for prompt delivery globally, while larger palleted consignments are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving them.
